Respond to Racism Executive Director Bruce Poinsette will be one of the panelists at Oregon City’s Juneteenth panel where they will be discussing Hidden History. Other panelists include:

  • Kimberly S. Moreland, President, Oregon Black Pioneers
  • Johanna (Jo) Ogden, Public Historian & Author
  • Emmett Wheatfall, Poet
  • David F Walker, Author, Educator, Armchair Historian. Mr. Walker is one of the authors of the Eisner-nominated “Big Jim and the White Boy”. The book is one of the One Community, One Book selections.
